Three killed in horror crash
Three young people have been killed and five more are in hospital following a serious crash on the A12 early this morning. A Renault Laguna, carrying a woman and two men, collided with a Vauxhall Astra carrying four women and a man, on the A12 at Blythburgh, near Southwold at 12.

A Renault Laguna, carrying a woman and two men, collided with a Vauxhall Astra carrying four women and a man, on the A12 at Blythburgh, near Southwold at 12.50am today.
Two women, believed to be from the Lowestoft area, and a man, were pronounced dead at the scene, and a third woman is fighting for her life in Ipswich Hospital.
The other occupants, who were taken to the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston, and one man to the Ipswich Hospital, are all said to be in a serious but non-life threatening condition.
The victims are all believed to be in their late teens or early twenties.
The A12 was closed throughout the night as accident investigators from Suffolk Police examined the scene and was re-opened by 9am.
