Police closed a stretch of the A47 after two cars were involved in a crash.
The accident happened at Tilney All Saints, near King's Lynn, close to the Pullover roundabout at around 5.30pm on Friday.
Firefighters were called to remove the roof off one of the vehicles after reports that some of the people involved had suffered spinal injuries.
Police said three people were treated for minor injuries and taken to hospital for further checks.
The road was re-opened at 7.30pm.
