Three fire engines were called to a building fire in West Earlham this afternoon.
The fire had started in an upstairs bedroom of a property on St Mildred's Road, with no one was believed to have been hurt.
Fire engines from Earlham, Carrow and Sprowston were all called to the fire just after 3.45pm.
The crews needed main and hose reel jets, supplemented by a hydrant, to extinguish the fire. Breathing apparatus was also worn and the crews used a thermal image camera to check for hot spots.
