As it celebrated its 95th anniversary, a Royal British Legion branch invited its town to celebrate with it.
The Thetford branch held a ceremony in the town centre on Saturday, July 16 to commemorate the milestone.
Mayor of Thetford Terry Jermy presented the branch with its 95th anniversary pennant, which was attached to the branch standard.
Branch members too part in a parade up King Street to the post office, which was led by Phoenix Pipes and Drums and supported by members of the Royal British Legion Bikers, RAF Association and army cadets.
The branch club in Market Place was open to all for celebratory drinks and a buffet. The branch would like to thank everyone who gave their support to the event.
