Norwich-based social enterprise The Feed, which teaches catering skills to get people who have been homeless into employment, is launching a charitable foundation.

The Feed Foundation is currently being registered with the Charity Commission and will aim to help more people who have experienced homelessness in to employment.

The Feed run a stall in Norwich Market selling ciabatta sandwiches, hot food and drinks. They are also currently selling mince pies as part of their Christmas fundraising campaign. The Feed also operate a corporate catering business delivering buffets within Norwich. Matt Townsend, chief executive, said: 'Every penny of profit made by our catering social enterprise and market stall goes towards helping people who have been homeless. The Feed Foundation will enable us to attract other charitable funding so that we can do even more to help solve homelessness in the city.'
