A teenager has been freed after becoming stuck in a swing in Horsford.
The youngster became stuck in the children's playground equipment in the play area behind the Village Hall on Holt Road.
Firefighters from Sprowston were called to the scene at 7.00pm this evening where they used ladders to free the girl.
She was not hurt in the incident.
It is believed the swing has not been damaged.
