A teenager has been taken to hospital after paramedics found him lying on a road in Barford.
Emergency services were called to Watton Road shortly before 2.20am today following reports of someone on the road.
An ambulance crew attended and took the teenager to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. He was said to be conscious and breathing.
