Talent show The Voice comes to Sprowston pub

Norwich's top musical talent will be in the spotlight tomorrow when producers of TV talent show The Voice visit a Sprowston pub.

They will be at the open mic night at the Brickmakers on Sprowston Road in the hope of finding contestants for the second series of the show.

Licensee Emma Teasdale said: 'This is a fantastic opportunity for our local musicians and singers. Norwich has had massive success over the last year with singers Sam Kelly, Bill Downs and the amazing voice of Toni Warne – hopefully this will launch more local stars to the national TV screen.'

The event starts at 8pm and people are encouraged to arrive early. Acts can also apply online at www.bbcthevoiceuk.co.uk
