Golfers will be hoping for a hole in one while raising money for a local charity.

Estate agent Arnolds Keys is hosting a golf day at Bawburgh Golf Club on May 26 in aid of Age UK Norfolk, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary.

Teams of four will swing into action to raise money by taking on the 18 holes at Bawburgh. Refreshments will be available on arrival including tea, coffee and bacon rolls.

In the evening a two-course carvery is on offer, followed by a raffle and prize giving.

Organiser Sherrie Meredith said: 'Our golf days have always been hugely popular, great fun, and get the fundraising off to a good start. We look forward to welcoming all the teams.'

Age UK Norfolk provides services to elderly people and carers throughout Norfolk, but relies on fundraising to do so.
