The team visited Meadow House Nursing Home, on Norwich Road, Swaffham, as a Valentine's Day treat and presented gifts to the staff and residents.

Maria Seitan, manager at the home, said: 'They say that sharing is caring and we want to thank the team from the bottom of our hearts for visiting us on this special day to share their time with everyone here at the home.

'We are very much looking forward to having them back here at Meadow House. The smiles on our residents' faces really said it all. It was a lovely visit and we would like to thank our activities coordinator, Belinda, for making the visit happen.'

As well as delivering red roses, the team talked with residents and performed a song for the ladies in the main lounge.
