A Swaffham man has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) to ensure he will receive appropriate support when he is released from prison.
Daniel John Minton, 28, of Orford Road, was given the order on March 27 after he was sentenced to 28 days behind bars for a theft and indecent exposure.
The provisions set out in the CBO, which will last for three years, state that Minton must engage with Norfolk Recovery Partnership (NRP)and thereafter must attend any appointments. The appointment will assist him in receiving appropriate support with NRP, to help address substance and alcohol misuse issues. He must also attend any course or workshop when one is offered by the NRP which specifically serves to address substance and alcohol misuse issues.
In addition, Minton must not enter a premises licensed to sell alcohol in Swaffham other than the Waitrose store on Castle Acre Road.
