People in Norfolk are being offered the chance to learn how to help someone who has gone into cardiac arrest.
The first aid charity St John Ambulance is to provide several demonstrations across the county as part of the 2018 Restart A Heart campaign.
The sessions last an hour, are free to attend and include practical information on how to deliver Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and deliver shocks to the heart with a defibrillator.
The demonstrations will be at:
October 12 - St John Ambulance HQ, Bond Street, Cromer, from 10am-12pm
October 13 – Market Gates Shopping Centre, Great Yarmouth, from – 9am-2pm
October 17 - Mulbarton Primary School, The Common, Mulbarton, from 7.45pm-9pm
October 20 - Norwich Castle Museum, Castle Hill, from 1.30pm-2.30pm and 3pm-4pm
October 23 -St John Ambulance Hall, St John's Court, Swaffham, from 7pm-9.30pm.
