A person has been freed after being locked for more 30 minutes in a car in Norwich city centre.

A crew from Sprowston was sent to Rouen Road shortly after 11.20am this morning.

A passer-by said the person in the car was a child, but the fire service did not confirm this.

Three police cars were also on the scene.
