Hundreds of people are expected to enjoy some seasonal thrills and chills as a town centre is transformed for Hallowe'en.
Spooky Saturday will return to Lowestoft town centre on October 27, as a pumpkin trick or treat trail and entertainment aplenty attracts the crowds.
An annual programme of events has been organised by Lowestoft Vision to encourage families into the area for Hallowe'en. From 10am onwards, a day packed full of entertainment will include two spooky performances from the Cantors Theatre School, a fancy dress competition, The Wheezers performing mesmerising dances and visits to the witches lair at Dunx Cycles.
Numerous shops will take part in the popular pumpkin trail, which is free of charge to all children under 12 who have dressed in their spooky Halloween costume and are accompanied by an adult. A Spooky Saturday Ghost Walk at 5pm will see local historian Ivan Bunn take adults only on a journey through the historic high street.
