A creativity themed open morning is to be held at St Felix School in Reydon.

From the Arts to the Sciences creativity inspires curiosity, new ideas and resourcefulness and these are just a few of the qualities which will be displayed by pupils from all year groups, at the event on May 7.

The open morning, at the independent co-educational Southwold school, will see displays of work produced by pre-preparatory pupils showcasing their handwriting skills. Preparatory pupils will create Roadl Dahl themed culinary delights – in preparation for the summer term production – Roald into One.

Head of the preparatory department, Tim O'Connell, said: 'It is so important for children to be able to express themselves in many different ways and you see children in many different lights when they are using their creative minds.

'This open morning theme of creativity is a fantastic opportunity for us to work on the production and embrace most forms of the arts during the morning.
