Fakenham will turn funky in July, as a music event promises to bring the feel of Ibiza to the town.

The Secret Garden Party's SoulGasmic Sessions, will see a live saxophone player play alongside some of Norfolk's best DJs, at the General Townshend Club, Market Street, on the July 7 from 5pm until midnight.

Playing a mixture of soulful disco and funky house, the over 18s event is in its 4th year, and regularly attracts hundreds of revellers.

Promoter and Fakenham resident, Steve Earl said: 'I'm always excited about this night. The whole ethos is about creating that feel-good holiday vibe. We want to bring people from all backgrounds together and create a little bit of that Ibiza feel in Fakenham.

Mr Earl added: 'I constantly hear people say they want something different in Fakenham, hopefully we deliver on that.'
