Local charity Break has six places up for grabs in this year's 2012 British 10k, which is run around a route of iconic London landmarks.
The race, being held on Sunday, July 8, will see 25,000 runners pass the likes of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey.
In return for the place, Break ask runners to get sponsored to help the vulnerable children, young people and families the charity cares for across East Anglia.
Contact Martin Green on 01603 670107 or email martin.green@break-charity.org to secure one of the places.
