Surfin' USA, Another Brick In The Wall and Take On Me were just some of the classic hits being sung at a Shipdham primary school's end of year concert.

Thomas Bullock CE Primary Academy's years 3, 4, 5 and 6 classes rolled back the years with their own versions of some of pop music's best tunes, with the concert featuring songs from every decade dating back to the 50s.

The audience were asked to join in with sing-along hits Agadoo and YMCA and the concert ended with a rendition of Paloma Faith's Make Your Own Kind Of Music.

Headteacher Mr Masden said: 'It has been a real team effort to produce this concert. From the staff who work so hard on rehearsing the songs, designing the set and script, to the parents who provided the amazing costumes. I think everyone will agree that it has been an enormous success. The children should be proud.'
