Sheringham Lifeboat is just home after going to the aid of a motor cruiser which had run aground at Salthouse this afternoon after its engine failed.
The lifeboat stood off and waited for the tide to rise before pulling the 18ft Black Hawk, with two people aboard, off the beach, helped by Cley coastguards.
The lifeboat towed the boat, which had come from Morston, to Blakeney Pit where a fishing boat, White Spray, offered to take it to Morston Quay.
