A woman had to be rescued from a lift in north Norfolk yesterday (Thursday) evening.
A fire crew from Sheringham was called to a property on Common Lane in the town at around 6.35pm.
The woman was rescued within eight minutes from the lift and the crew used hand tools to assist.
A spokesman for the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said she sustained no injuries.
