A north Norfolk estate agent has scored one of the highest marks in the country in a national qualification.
Rose Glaister, of Arnolds Keys in Sheringham, scored an average 90pc across the four modules which make up the National Federation of Property Professionals level three award in The Sale of Residential Property.
Ms Glaister received her certificate from the association's president Arnolds Keys partner Jan Htch.
Mrs Htch said: 'We are extremely proud of Rose's achievement. She has undertaken this qualification on her own initiative and worked hard to achieve some of the highest marks in the whole country.'
Having passed this set of exams Ms Glaister is not resting on her laurels and is already planning to move onto the level four qualification.
Her ultimate goal is to achieve the Diploma in Residential Estate Agency. Her current qualification entitles her to join the National Association of Estate Agents.
