A man has suffered serious injuries in a crash between two cars and a van on the A47.
Police said they were called to the scene at East Winch, near King’s Lynn, shortly after 5.20pm today (Tuesday, March 27).
Two fire crews from King’s Lynn used hydraulic equipment to rescue one man from a vehicle.
Norfolk Accident Rescue Service (NARS), which provided medical care at the scene, said one man suffered serious, non-life threatening injuries.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn for further treatment.
A police spokesman said the crash was between a Hyundai, a Volvo and a van.
The road was closed for almost three hours and reopened at 8.13pm.
NARS said its critical care paramedic, Carl Smith, was sent to the scene to give advanced care to an injured man.
