Seiko watch and jewellery stolen in Burgh Castle

THIEVES stole jewellery worth hundreds of pounds after breaking into a Burgh Castle home.

The stolen haul included an oak brown coloured leather strap and a Seiko stainless steel gents wrist watch and the break-in happened in High Road on January 29 between 4.45pm and 5.20pm.

A significant amount of cash was also taken while a number of other items of jewellery were also taken, including bracelets, rings and necklaces.
