Police are appealing for witnesses following a second walk-in burglary in Gorleston at the weekend.
It happened in Almond Close between 3am and 6am on Saturday, July 9, when suspect(s) entered a property via an insecure patio door before stealing cigarettes, a purse and a car key. The purse was dumped nearby with cards and cash missing.
Officers believe the incident could be linked to a similar burglary in Crab Lane on the same day and are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area.
Anyone with information should contact Det Con Gill Dawson at Great Yarmouth CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at http://www.crimestoppers-uk.org/.
