RESIDENTS and local groups are being invited to a second open day public consultation about the redevelopment of the former Ditchingham Maltings site.
Developers PJ Livesey Country Homes (Eastern) Ltd, have now exchanged contracts to purchase the site and intends to submit a planning application to the Broads Authority in November.
The company have arranged to hold a second public consultation with an exhibition of draft proposals
The open event will take place in the Maltings Pavilion Sports Club opposite the site, between 2.30pm and 7pm on Wednesday, October 19.
