Police officers investigating two serious assaults which happened on Saturday, September 17 have arrested a second man in connection with the incident.
The incident happened at approximately 6am in an alleyway near to the Jollyes pet food store car park in Dereham.
The victims were approached by a man who then stabbed them before leaving the scene.
The victims were treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital for further treatment. Both were released later the same day.
The man, aged in his late 50s from the Dereham area, was arrested in connection with the incident and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning where he remains.
