From a heavy horse display, quad bike stunt show, the RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team and a performance by the Parachute Regiment band, the events for the show's Grand Ring venue, which include the war-themed commemoration, have been announced.

This summer's Norfolk Show takes place on the Norfolk Showground, on the edge of Norwich, takes place on June 27 and 28 and the annual event attracts thousands of people.

The Grand Ring, sponsored by Spire Solicitors, is the centrepiece of the show and will be hosting a variety of demonstrations on both days.

On June 27 they take place from 7.30am-7.50pm and on June 28 they are happening from 8am-7pm.

Norfolk Remembers promises to be a unique event marking the centenary of 1918 - the year the Great War finished.

A re-enactment will take place of the fighting in the final months of the conflict, demonstrating the co-operation between infantry soldiers and the tank.

The main attraction of the Norfolk Remembers is Deborah II, the replica Mk IV Tank, which starred on Channel 4's documentary Guy Martin's WWI Tank.

Norfolk Remembers takes place at 6.40pm on June 27 and 6.20pm on June 28.

Mark Nicholas, show director, said: 'We're delighted to unveil our Grand Ring programme for this year. The Grand Ring is always a firm favourite with show-goers and this year will be no exception.

'We have a packed line-up for 2018 in the Spire Solicitors Grand Ring and we are thrilled to be able to hold the Norfolk Remembers First World War Commemoration event with a display from Deborah II, the replica Mk IV Tank.

'And for the very first time our visitors can be wowed by the Adrenaline Tour Quad Bike Stunt Display Team starring ex-world championship moto-cross rider Jason Smyth and of course firm-favourites the RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team will be back.'

The quad bike team will perform awe-inspiring tricks 30ft in the air.

They will be joined by a fleet of American trucks.
