A wayward van has caused serious damage to a wall in Thetford town centre.
The vehicle was parked outside King's House, in King Street, when it rolled backwards and smashed into the brick wall, narrowly avoiding three children who were walking on the pavement at the time.
Thetford Town Council is now considering options for the repair of the wall, which is made with a special type of brick.
