The A47 at East Winch, near King's Lynn, has been cleared after an earlier accident involving two cars.
Police reported traffic queuing for up to two miles on the road, following the crash.
A Norfolk police spokesman said they were called at about 8.50am today to reports of a crash at the junction with Hall Farm.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent one crew from King's Lynn.
A spokesman for the East of England ambulance service said a woman in her 20s suffered neck pain in the accident. She was assessed at the scene, but she did not require treatment or transport to hospital.
