RNLI Cromer has been awarded a grant from the town council to promote community safety at sea and inland waterways.
It's part of the life-saving charity's Respect the Water campaign, which aims to reduce the number of accidents and fatalities.
The campaign is promoted by an RNLI community safety officer (CSO).
Cromer's CSO is Bernice Stowe, who applied for a grant to design and produce a transportable pull-up board, showing the dangers at the coast and on inland waters. She said: "I am very grateful for the funding to get this display board; it allows us to get the message across to people, not only those who live in Cromer, but also to visitors."
Funds from the New Year's Day firework display held annually in Cromer, after expenses, are allocated to local groups. Cromer Town Council's preference is to provide financial assistance for specific projects or to buy equipment.
