A careless rider has been reported by Great Yarmouth Police after he was caught attempting to tow a friends scooter home.
In a tweet Great Yarmouth Police said the rider had been reported for driving other than in accordance with a licence.
The tweet said: 'Rider of the front scooter has been reported for driving other than in accordance with a licence. Rider only had a provisional licence and thought this was a safe way to get a friend home.'
