Residents urged to get involved in Diss clean up event

Townsfolk are being urged to get involved in a big clean up event in Diss next weekend.

The organisers of the Take Pride in Diss Campaign have been busy over the last few months getting the word out to businesses, members of the public, schools, pre-schools and clubs about the tidy up on May 26 and 27.

Anyone who would like to help is asked to turn up at the Diss Youth and Community Centre in Shelfanger between 10am and midday and 2pm to 4pm on both days.

Volunteers are asked to bring their marigolds or gardening gloves and refreshments will be served during the day.
