Seven residents at The Warren care home in Sprowston enjoyed a hard-earned cup of tea after completing a charity walk to raise over 230 for Sports Relief.
Each resident completed a lap of the home as part of a relay to complete the distance of one mile in the sunshine, accompanied by a volunteer.
They raised a total of 237.50, with members of staff from the Wroxham Road care home also competing in a space hopper race between management and staff - which resulted in the staff team winning the Easter egg prizes.
Pictured are the resident who took part in the sponsored walk. They are, from left, Warner Steward, Ann Meyer, Frederick Friend, Peggy Lines, Peggy Weber, Muriel Huggins and Norman Walker and, back row, gardener Brian Howes and activities coordinator Joy Mitchell.
