While many of our readers supported the idea of television giant Channel 4 potentially relocating from central London to Norwich, some were less enthused.
We posted several stories about Norwich possibly becoming the new home of Channel 4 across our social media channels and got a huge reaction. Many of our readers commented on the creative and financial benefits of playing host to such a huge multimedia name, and in our poll 95pc said they would welcome the company to the city. However, there were plenty who expressed pessimism.The TV giant will be leaving their London home and are looking for a new city to set up base. But with Norwich competing against the likes of Manchester, many believe our chances are slim. Yet we are a city that cannot be underestimated - don't play down Norwich's potential.Only time tell what move the television company decide to make...
