The Rotary club of King’s Lynn’s first charity beer festival kicks off today, at 4pm.

And hundreds of people are expected to attend tomorrow, from noon to 10.30pm.

Thirty-five beers and ciders are available at the two-day festival, which is being held at the Hanse House, South Quay, King’s Lynn.

Rotarian Sharon Stevens said: “We are expecting a lot of people to attend.”

Proceeds will be split between Riding for the Disabled and Churchill Park School, a complex needs school in Lynn.

A special brew, the Hanse House Beer, will be launched at the festival.
