The sun shone, the wind blew and the rain just about held off at the 10th annual City Church Wymondham Fun Day at the weekend.
Another successful event saw the community come together to enjoy the entertainment, the rides, the stalls and the food at Ketts Park on Sunday.
City Church Wymondham pastor Barry Rooks said: 'The hard work is always worth it when we see the community come together in the relaxed atmosphere that is the fun day. Our heart is to bless the town and when we see families enjoying themselves and people meeting up with old friends it is very encouraging for us.'
He continued: 'One of our aims is to host a community event that is as inexpensive as possible so that no-one is excluded. Despite this aim we are confident this year that we will be able to bless the charity STEP, who we pledged to raise money for.'
Some of the highlights included the birds of prey, majorettes and music from World Without End and local band Tallis. Wymondham deputy mayor Dianne Fernee opened the event.
