The inquest into the death of a Polish man at a Norfolk mental health hospital opened in Norwich this morning.
Rafal Bedarek, 34, lived in Valpy Avenue, in Norwich, and died on May 17 this year.
And senior coroner Jaqueline Lake said Mr Bedarek, who was born in Lubin, Poland, died at Hellesdon Hospital.
The medical cause of death was given as mixed drug intoxication.
The inquest was adjourned until December 20, 2017.
