Modern-day warplanes from Marham will join Spitfires and Hurricanes in the skies as the RAF celebrates its centenary.
A Tornado GR4 and an F-35 Lightning will take part in air displays at the Imperial War Museum Duxford, near Cambridge, on Sunday.
Also taking part will be a Lancaster, Typhoon FGR4, Hawker Fury and the legendary Red Arrows. The air show will also include one of the last flying displays by the Tornado GR4 before it retires from active service in 2019.
Marham also has a displays on the ground. Personnel will be supporting the central RAF100 Cookbook team, talking to people about recipes used and a team will be attending with a robotics demonstration.
Visitors will also be transported back to the 1940s and experience the sights and sounds that kept spirits up during the Battle of Britain, from dancing the jitterbug to live bands, to meeting a cast of wartime characters, wearing forties fashion, having a 1940s hairstyle and playing family-focused games of the era.
As seen on ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2018, the wartime spirit will also be brought to life by the heartfelt harmonies of the D-Day Darlings, serenading with songs made famous at the time of the war.
Authors of some of the most well known books written on the war will be there to sign autographs. James Holland who wrote RAF-100, Theresa Breslin is author of Remembrance, Gary Bridson-Daley who wrote The Last Heroes - Voices of British and Commonwealth Veterans and Clare Mulley author of the Women Who Flew for Hitler.
The RAF Engineering competition is also taking place and Fakenham Air Cadets who are based at Fakenham College, are in the finals, so a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) will be along side them to show support.
RAF Marham personnel will be forming part of a much bigger Royal Air Force presence, the RAF100 Inspire Showcase which will take over IWM Duxford's Conservation Hall in the AirSpace exhibition, showcasing the latest technology.
