Royal Air Force Lakenheath saw their F-15E Strike Eagle, which is assigned to the 494th Fighter Squadron, take off for a sortie in support of a Tactical Leadership Programme 16-3 at a Los' Llanos Air Base in Spain.

NATO and allied forces' flight leaders are trained so that they can be mission commanders, provide tactical air expertise to NATO agencies and lead coalition force air strike packages, among many other things.
