Views on a proposal for a third river crossing in Great Yarmouth are being sought as part of a public consultation.
Norfolk County Council has launched the exercise to find out about transport issues in the borough and how the new bridge might affect people living, working and visiting the area.
Anyone can respond to the consultation by answering a series of questions online via www.norfolk.gov.uk/TRC, which should take around 10 minutes to complete.
In addition, a number of consultation events are being held throughout December and January in the town where people can drop in to talk to representatives from the county council about its proposal to build a third bridge across the River Yare, as well as the town's wider transport needs.
The first of these sessions takes place a week on Thursday (December 8) at Great Yarmouth town hall between 10am and 4pm.
In November, the county council carried out a traffic census in the town to better understand the issues people travelling around Great Yarmouth experience.
The information gathered through the consultation will be added to this data and is intended to help support the council's case for more investment in transport infrastructure in the area.
Chairman of the environment, development and transport committee at Norfolk County Council, Martin Wilby, said: 'It's vital that people take the time to respond to this consultation as it will help us determine where investment is needed to ease congestion in the town.
'This is your chance to get your thoughts and frustrations about transport in the town off your chest, and we hope it will help us secure funding to make getting around Great Yarmouth easier.
'This is obviously good for people living and working there, but it should also pay dividends for Great Yarmouth's future prosperity.'
The consultation will close at midnight on January 31, 2017.
