A Norfolk sailor has been recognised for her commitment to the sport at a ceremony in Westminster.
Sally Dugdale, of Sprowston, received the Outstanding Contribution Award at the 2017 Royal Yachting Association's Volunteer Awards.
Mrs Dugdale was honoured for her contributions as a parent, committee member and chairman.
She said: 'It was great to see the variety of volunteering that goes on across the UK. It shows anyone can develop a love of sailing provided they get the opportunity.'
As east area representative, Mrs Dugdale has encouraged numerous sailors into the International Topper Class Association (ITCA) and has watched them progress through junior, youth, podium and university sailing. On top of her coaching at regional and national level, Mrs Dugdale has also played an integral role in major event organisation.
