David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, which is currently undertaking a development in the Mulberry Park area of Poringland, provided the club with essential sponsorship, enabling them to acquire their new Norwich City-esque yellow and green strip.

Richard Neal, vice-chairman of Poringland Wanderers FC, said: 'Poringland Wanderers Youth Football Club would like to thank David Wilson Homes for their generosity in supporting the club through their sponsorship. As a team, it gives you a new sense of togetherness when you go out to play football with your friends wearing a new kit.'

Jason Colmer, sales director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: 'It is a pleasure to sponsor Poringland Wanderers and help them fund a new kit this year. We look forward to hearing about their progress this season.'
