A town council spokesman said: “In line with Government guidance, it will be a well-organised outdoor market at the Triangle Market from August 11.

“Stall space is free to traders and it is such a great opportunity for traders and also the public.”

The town council is working with East Suffolk Council and the Most Easterly Community Group to provide retailers and shoppers with a safe, open air shopping experience.

Traders who are interested in having a stall, with no charge, should contact the town council as soon as possible by emailing admin@lowestofttowncouncil.gov.uk or alternatively call 0330 053 6019.
