Fire fighters tackled a blaze at the old Pontins site in Hemsby, with one witness describing how they say 10ft flames.
Crews were alerted to the fire at 10.20pm on Tuesday night.
Firefighters from Martham, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth and Acle, plus the aerial ladder platform, went to the blaze.
An eyewitness said they could see 10ft flames coming from the site, in Beach Road.
The police were also called.
Fire crews had doused the flames by 11,30pm and the final appliance left the scene at 12.10am on Wednesday.
In August, more than 90 firefighters tackled a large fire which caused extensive damage to the derelict holiday park.
Following that blaze, the owner of the site was advised they needed to secure the site.
Great Yarmouth Borough Council had advised that landowners North Trust, based in Chorley, needed secure the perimeter of the 22-acre site.
The council also said, at that time, that it was working with the company to ensure it is aware of its responsibilities as a land owner.
