Councillors from south west Norfolk will have the chance to quiz the culture secretary on the progress of the fibre broadband across the county.
Matthew Hancock will visit the area on Friday to discuss the roll out of broadband and 4/5G connectivity.
Organised by MP Elizabeth Truss, the parish and town councillors can quiz Mr Hancock and also explain the connectivity challenges still faced in rural communities.
Ms Truss said significant progress has been made since 2010, with the Better Broadband for Norfolk Programme.
In South West Norfolk 80pc of residents can now access superfast broadband, in 2012 the figure for Norfolk stood at 42pc.
She added: “But we are a rural constituency, the layout of businesses and homes means the fibre to the cabinet is not always an option and what I am keen to hear from the culture secretary is the future options for these hard to reach locations.”
