'Despite the claims this places is changing there is an awful lot further to go. I was struck in Government that I was surrounded by people from public school and the top universities and many of those people have a great contribution to make and I don't denigrate them at all, but we have got to change it. There is great talent in this country which isn't represented here and that has got to change.'
