Bad mould? Leaking roof, or made homeless? We want to hear from you if you have had any problems with housing.
According to analysis of the English Housing Survey, 20pc of private rented homes in East England have category one hazards, which can include mould, no heating, and exposed wiring.
A bill is currently going through Parliament to give tenants more powers in disputes with landlords.
Called the Fitness for Human Habitation Bill, it would give tenants the power to take landlords to court if their homes are unsafe.
In Norfolk the number of affordable homes built sunk to a record low in 2015/16.
Meanwhile, the number of rough sleepers has increased. Experts met at a conference in Norwich in January to work out solutions to the rise.
