It refers to a property in Holt Road, Cley, and notices have been served on Adam and Charlotte Spiegel.

The notice states that the development is "materially different" to that approved by planning permission, and of "increased scale, height and mass".

It adds that, without planning permission, a two-storey replacement dwelling and detached annexe was erected, plus a swimming pool and an area of hardstanding. The owners must demolish the two-storey dwelling/studio/annexe, and permanently remove the swimming pool and infill, within nine months of September 3, the date the notice takes effect, unless an appeal is made it against it.
