Police used a rolling roadblock after fence panels fell off a lorry on the A47, creating an obstruction near the Thickthorn roundabout.
Officers were called at around 9.20am today, when a lorry on the Great Yarmouth-bound carriageway shed some if its load creating an obstruction on both carriageways.
The road was cleared by 9.35am.
