Emergency services were called to a crash on the A146 Loddon Road, with drivers urged to find alternative routes.
The crash, which involved two vehicles, happened near the Orchard Farm Shop at Holverston, between Bergh Apton and Yelverton, at just before 1pm today.
Police and East England Ambulance Service went to the scene, along with firefighters from Carrow in Norwich.
The Lowestoft-bound lane was blocked, with police urging people to take alternative routes.
The road had re-opened at just after 3pm.
